Studio of Creativity is an art enrichment centre for children, focused on building strong art foundations while encouraging creative exploration. We introduce young artists to a wide range of art mediums, from oil pastels and traditional drawing to digital art, helping them discover what they enjoy most.Starting from age 5, children learn essential skills such as proper pencil grip, basic techniques, and step-by-step art processes. While we follow a structured syllabus, we also give children the freedom to choose what they want to draw, allowing them to express their creativity and develop confidence through art.At Studio of Creativity, we believe every child is creative. What do we teach?

Our students get to experience and learn a wide range of art techniques and materials, such as oil pastel, poster paint, acrylic paint, markers, watercolour, pencil shading, coloured pencils, and digital art. This variety allows children to discover their interests and build confidence in different forms of artistic expression.

Oil Pastel & Poster Paint - Mediums that allow younger children to learn basic blending techniques and how to control contrast using a limited range of tones.

Acrylic Paint - Medium suitable for older children with a slightly more advanced skill level. They allow students to explore richer textures and layering techniques in their artworks, including subjects such as still life and other compositions.

Colour Pencil / Marker - Mediums are suitable for children who enjoy working with details and layering. They help students create contrast, shadows, and textures, adding depth and richness to their artwork.

Pencil Shading / Pen & Ink - Mediums such as pencil shading, students learn how to control tone values and create depth. Whereas, Pen and ink encourages detailed drawing using techniques like cross-hatching and pointillism, teaching students to observe carefully and draw with confidence, as each line is permanent.

Trial Lesson

During the trial lesson, students will be introduced to basic art mediums such as pencil for drawing, oil pastel for colouring, and poster paint for painting. Our teachers will guide each student step by step throughout the lesson to ensure proper use of the materials.Students will work on a fixed artwork during the trial lesson. This allows our teachers to observe your child’s skill level, learning style, and creative strengths, so we can better understand which level is most suitable and guide them using the appropriate teaching approach. We believe every child has their own potential and creativity, and our goal is to help them develop it with confidence.Each trial lesson lasts 1 hour 15 minutes and is priced at $15. During this time, students will complete one full artwork.
